Toner Ink Store stands by our products. 

OEM products are covered by the manufacturer.  We also provide a 1 year replacement warranty on all compatible and remanufactured products, with 6-month satisfaction guarantee. 

When returning/replacing defective products under warranty, our customer services representatives will supply a return label that will be emailed to you after we have set up the return authorization.
